Shipping Policy
Ground Service (U.S.)
● Orders placed by 1:00PM PST Monday – Friday will begin processing the same day.
● Orders received after 1:00PM PST will be processed the next business day.
● Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays, will be processed the next business day.
● Orders are shipped USPS Ground with a flat fee of $4.95
● The timeframe for the shipment will begin when the carrier picks up your order for delivery.
● Please note that after carrier receives order it will be carrier responsible for delivery (weather could play a factor on delivery timeframe)
Shipping Confirmation
● We will send a shipment confirmation email once we have finished processing your order.
● If you place an order after the cutoff time, you may experience a delay between the shipping confirmation e-mail and the actual shipment of your order.
● Our shipping carriers do not pick up packages from our facilities on weekends or postal holidays.
